Delivery Information

Returns will need to call or email to get an RMA number and a 2% restocking fee 
will be accessed. Returns of casters that are clearly abused, installed 
improperly or are used outside of the manufactures engineered recommendations 
will not be accepted for return.

A shipping and handling fee will be accessed to every order. The order of your 
product will be shipped from one of our suppliers warehouse that is located 
closet to your location via DHL ground. You may request that your product be 
sent with a carrier of your choice or on your account with that carrier. Our 
suppliers have warehouse located in Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Los 
Angeles and Seattle.
